Terms of Use

Before using the exhibition and sales assistant mobile application ('service') operated by Xiangshi Technology ('we' or 'our'), please carefully read these terms of service ('terms', 'terms of service').

Your access to and use of this service is conditioned on your acceptance and compliance with these terms. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use this service.

By accessing or using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, then you may not access this service.

1. Service Use

The exhibition and sales assistant is an application designed for exhibition statistics and sales management. This service allows users to:

  1. Manage products, including creating products with pictures and names, and setting product prices.
  2. Manage product packages by combining multiple products and setting package prices.
  3. Manage events, including creating events and selecting products for events.
  4. Record sales of individual products during events.
  5. Generate reports, including bar chart reports of individual product sales, event sales, and historical sales.

1.1 Independent Deployment Option

We offer an independent deployment option for customers who wish to host the server side of our service on their own infrastructure. If you choose this option:

  1. You are responsible for the setup, maintenance, and security of the server infrastructure.
  2. Your data will be stored on your own server, not on our infrastructure.
  3. We will provide technical support for the deployment and maintenance of the server-side application.
  4. You must ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data storage and processing in your jurisdiction.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features of this service, you may need to register an account. You must provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during the registration process and keep your account information up-to-date.

3. Content

Our service allows you to post, link, store, share, and otherwise provide certain information, text, graphics, or other materials ('content'). You are responsible for the content you post on or through the service, including its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

4. Intellectual Property

This service and its original content (excluding user-provided content), features, and functions are and will continue to be the exclusive property of Xiangshi Technology and its licensors. This service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws in China and foreign countries.

5. Third-Party Services

Our service does not link or integrate with any third-party websites or services. All functions are provided within the exhibition and sales assistant application.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to your violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use this service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Xiangshi Technology, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of use, loss of goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use this service.

8. Changes

We reserve the right to modify or replace these terms at any time, in our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

10. Independent Deployment Support

For customers using the independent deployment option, we will provide:

  1. Documentation and guidance for initial setup and deployment.
  2. Technical support for issues related to the core functions of the application.
  3. Regular updates and security patches for the server-side application.

However, we are not responsible for:

  1. Solving problems related to your specific server infrastructure.
  2. Data recovery in case of data loss or damage on your server.
  3. Customizations or modifications made by you to the deployed application.
